This visa will allow you to stay up to 12 months in Australia. You can study up to 4 months holding this visa and you can work up to six months with each employer.
There is an annual limit to the number of Work and Holiday visas issued to each country. No applications will be processed once the quota has been reached.

Financial requirement for this visa is 5000 AUD and providing evidence that you have enough money to buy a return or onward travel ticket at the end of your stay.
